​Pasha was five when accordion got to his hand at first time. After the kinder garden he was taken to the conservatory lyceum where he learned and mastered the instrument of accordion. 

  Participant and winner of many national and international competitions. In 1992, won 2nd prize in international competition Klingental (Germany). 1993 won the Republican contest Zhinovicha (Mogilev). In the same year - the winner of the 2nd prize in international competition in Chirpan (Bulgaria). In 1994, won 2nd Prize International Competition Andreeva in St. Petersburg (Russia).In 1995 - the winner of the 2nd Prize International Competition in Klingental (Germany).

   Pasha was benefited from international charity program «New names». In 1996 - the winner of the 2nd Prize International Competition in Kastelfidardo (Italy) and 2nd Prize International Competition in Klingental (Germany). In 1999, won 2nd prize of the National Competition Zhinovicha (Vitebsk).

    Soon he was accepted in the Belarusian State Academy of Music. In the same year he won the Open cathedral Competition Bayan Accordionists. In 2003, benefited from the Special Fund of President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Talented Youth. In 2004, finished Belarusian State Academy of music (BSAM) has a Bachelor of Arts. In 2005, post-graduate course in BSAM has a Masters of Arts. 

    Since 2003, a soloist with the National Academic Folk Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus I.I.Zhinovicha in the Belarusian State Philharmonic. In 2010, Champion of the World, 2 Silver and 1 Gold medal at instrumental nomination at World Chempionship of Performing Arts in Hollywood, CA. 

   With the dexterity of art tool, filigree technique, artistry and natural charm Pavel Newmer won the hearts of thousands of fans and fan around the world. Active concert activity in the Republic of Belarus and beyond.
